A Predial Coimbra nasceu em 1988 com uma missão simples: ajudar pessoas a tomar decisões imobiliárias com segurança, clareza e acompanhamento próximo, num tempo em que não existiam empresas que fizessem este serviço.
Having enjoyed enormous success in the 1990s and 2000s, we were once established with several branches in Montijo, Alcochete, Pinhal Novo, Barreiro and Moita, with dozens of estate agents working with us in this area, which we consider to offer the best quality of life in the country, given its proximity to Lisbon (20 minutes by car, ferry or bus) and its proximity to the countryside and the agricultural world.
In 2026, with the 3rd family generation entering the business, we began restructuring the company, combining 4 decades of experience in the real estate market with digital knowledge and a renewed entrepreneurial spirit.
